Apple TV Plus Baseball: How to Watch, Stream Red Sox vs. Yankees, Cardinals vs. Dodgers on Friday

Whether you like it or not, Apple TV Plus streams baseball games. The iPhone maker has been streaming Friday night games all season and that will continue tonight with two potentially historic games. First up at 7:05 p.m. ET (4:05 p.m. PT) is a matchup between the Boston Red Sox and the New York Yankees. Baseball’s most famous rivalry usually commands attention, but with the Yankees already destined for the postseason and the Red Sox nearly eliminated from the playoffs, all eyes are on Yankees slugger Aaron Judge.

Judge has hit 60 home runs this season, just one shy of the 1961 American League record of 61 hits by Yankees great Roger Maris. The Yankees’ star outfielder was yards from the winning shot Thursday night .

Apple TV Plus’ second game of the night could bring home another milestone. The St. Louis Cardinals will take on the Los Angeles Dodgers at 10:10 p.m. ET (7:10 p.m. PT) in California. The Dodgers have already won the NL West Division with 104 wins, while the Cardinals are nearing a playoff spot with 88 wins. As with the Yankees game, however, one player in particular will be in the spotlight: the great Cardinal (and former Dodger) Albert Pujols and his quest for 700 home runs. He’s currently sitting on 698 career things.

Because these games are available on Apple’s streaming service, the only Both competitions can be viewed on Apple TV Plus. They don’t get televised at all, even if you live in a local market like New York or Los Angeles.

Here’s everything you need to know about those games and how to watch the rest of the Apple TV Plus baseball schedule.
