Best MLB prop bets today: SuperDraft player prop picks for Saturday 7/29
We have 13 games across the majors on Saturday night, with things getting underway at 7:05 p.m. ET between the Phillies and Pirates from PNC Park. The weekend slate wraps up with the Reds looking to win their second-straight game against the Dodgers at 9:10 p.m. ET. If fans want to wager on Bryce Harper, Cody Bellinger, Ronald Acuna Jr., or other player props tonight, SuperDraft has you covered.
On SuperDraft, users can win 3X the amount wagered if their two-legged player prop parlay hits. Consequently, the more legs you add to your player prop parlay (maximum eight legs), the larger your potential payout becomes, but as the long odds indicate, completing a clean sweep will be challenging.
Below, we’ll break down four of our favorite player props on SuperDraft for Saturday night’s MLB slate. Users don’t necessarily have to parlay all four picks together, though. Instead, you could make a separate two-leg parlay to increase your win probability.

*10x potential payout if users parlay all four correct picks*
1. Brandon Marsh, CF, Phillies @ Pirates – OVER 0.5 singles
Marsh has been swinging the bat well this month, slashing .290/.371/.419 with four doubles and two triples. He’s also hitting a scorching .316 over his past 15 games, which is what we want to see heading into tonight’s matchup against Pirates rookie Quinn Priester.
Priester has struggled in his first two major league starts, sporting a 9.28 ERA and .256 OBA. Lefties haven’t had much success against Priester (hitting .240 at the plate) compared to right-handed hitters (.270). But that will not stop us from taking Marsh, who is slugging .300 with a .862 OPS against righties this season. The 25-year-old outfielder has recorded a single in seven out of his last 10 games and is slashing .313/.421/.469.
2. Jordan Lyles, SP, Royals vs. Twins – OVER 4.5 fantasy points
Even though the Twins are ranked first in K% against RHP this season (27.6), we’ll take the UNDER on Lyles’ strikeout prop. The 32-year-old starting pitcher has had terrible luck this season, with a 1-12 record and a 6.19 ERA in 19 starts. Lyles has pitched better this month (3.38 ERA) for the Royals, but opponents are still hitting .286 at the plate.
Lyles has gone UNDER 4.5 strikeouts in seven out of his last 10 starts and averaging 4.6 strikeouts per game at home. The last time the veteran pitcher posted five strikeouts at Kaufmann Stadium was on Jun. 2 against the Rockies (eight strikeouts in five innings). This is the third time that Lyles will be seeing Minnesota this season. In the first two meetings, Lyles has recorded only six strikeouts. We think Lyles will have a solid outing this evening but falling short of five strikeouts.

3. Ketel Marte, 2B, Diamondbacks vs. Mariners – OVER 1.5 bases
Marte has been one of the hottest in baseball since the All-Star break, hitting .359 with two home runs, three triples, four doubles, and 11 RBIs. The 29-year-old infielder is coming off a good game against the Mariners on Friday night, going 3-for-4 at the plate with a walk. It was the fourth time in the past five games that Marte has recorded two or more hits.
Marte will look to stay hot against Mariners rookie pitcher Bryan Woo, who has a 4.13 ERA on the road but a .209 OBA. With Woo being a righty, Marte will likely bat from the left side, which is not good for the rook. This season, left-handed hitters are hitting .403 with seven home runs against Woo. Meanwhile, Marte is slashing .288/.367/.524 as an LHB vs. RHP this season. The veteran infielder has gone OVER 1.5 bases in seven out of his last 10 games, making this a must-play for us.
4. Freddie Freeman, 1B, Dodgers vs. Reds – OVER 1.5 bases
Reds starting pitcher Luke Weaver has struggled on the road this season, posting a 6.34 ERA and .323 OBA (nine starts). The 29-year-old has produced an ERA north of 8.00 in back-to-back months and is letting lefties hit .291 at the plate this season.
Meanwhile, Freeman has crushed right-handed pitching this season, slashing .335/.420/.546 with 10 home runs and 26 doubles. Lastly, the veteran first baseman has gone OVER 1.5 bases in seven out of his last 10 games. After going 2-for-4 with an RBI in Friday’s defeat to the Reds, we like Freeman to tee off on Weaver.
