Windfall has proprietary management software that allows farmers to track their fertilizer production. If Windfall Bio’s technology can be scaled to a global scale and used by the world’s largest farms, it has the potential to reduce methane emissions enough to lower global temperatures by half a degree Celsius by 2050. Half a degree drop in global temperatures is equivalent to one-third of the 1.5 degree target reduction in temperature the world needs to achieve to avoid the worst impacts of climate change.
