Demi Lovato showcases latest dramatic weight loss in crop top and skirt at Hugo Boss fashion show
Demi Lovato showed off her stunningly slim physique amid a star-studded guest list at the Hugo Boss runway show in Miami on Wednesday.
The 30-year-old pop actress wore a sleek white crop top that revealed her taut waist as she posed for photographers.
With her dark hair slicked back in a drenched look, Demi accentuated her distinctive features with makeup for her latest outing.
She paired the top with a matching skirt that fell luxuriously to the floor, as well as a sheer white jacket, which she twirled as she arrived at the party.
Demi, who declared her preference for “she/them” pronouns in 2021 but later said she would accept “she/them” as well, has seen her weight fluctuate over the years.
A fleet of celebs attended the brand’s Spring/Summer show, including Colombian music sensation Maluma and Selling Sunset blonde Christine Quinn.
Also in attendance were Girls Trip star Tiffany Haddish, Chinese actress Lin Yun, Japanese singer Rikimaru Chikada and Czech model Karolina Kurkova.
Arguably the show’s most iconic character, however, was none other than Pamela Anderson, who walked the models down the runway.
Pamela wasn’t the only bold name to appear at the Hugo Boss, which also featured DJ Khaled with his gear.
Demi has been open about her various issues with her body over the years, including the fact that she used to have bulimia.
In March 2021, she posted an Instagram update flaunting her slim waist and explained that she had “accidentally lost weight”.
She wrote that she would no longer “count calories,” “exercise too much,” and “cut down or eliminate it,” adding, “And most importantly, I don’t live my life by the food culture.”
The following month, she fueled her social media to attack a frozen yogurt store for stocking “tons of sugar-free cookies/other diet foods.”
She has been roundly ridiculed and criticized for her “stupid” rant against food options that cater to the health needs of customers such as diabetics.
On the professional front, Demi has continued her plunge into pop-punk with her new single Still Alive for the slasher film Scream VI.
She released an album in the same genre last year called HOLY F***, which was particularly snubbed by the Grammys in a flurry that shocked her fans.
Demi has received two Grammy nods to her name in the past – Best Pop Vocal Album for “Confident” and Best Pop Duo Performance for her duet “Fall In Line” with Christina Aguilera.
As for her love life, she is currently dating musician Jutes – real name Jordan Lutes – who, like her, is on the wagon and has contributed to her new album.
