The good news is that DICK’S offers a 10% military discount, but there are some important terms and restrictions that you need to be aware of if you want to take full advantage.
What special offers does DICK’S have for military and veterans?
DICK’S Sporting Goods don’t officially offer an active military or veteran discount, but some stores offer a 10% personal discount upon request. The discount is available at the discretion of each store manager.

The big thing to note is that the discount is 10% not offered online.
In addition, the discount does not apply to items currently on sale or on the DICK’s promotional exclusion list, gift certificates, previously purchased goods and clearance items.
Another way to take advantage of DICK’S discounts is to sign up to the company’s website to be notified of email and text offers that are sent to the public from time to time. The discount offers change weekly and savings range from 5% to 30%.
You can also purchase a DICK’S ScoreCard, which allows you to earn one point for every dollar spent. Earn cash rewards, receive exclusive offers and discounts, gain access to product releases, and checkout faster with saved online purchase information.
The ScoreCard can also be used in person and online at Golf Galaxy and Field and Steam shops.
You must earn at least 300 points to redeem rewards. Reaching 300 points equals a $10 bounty.
There is a $500 award cap and points expire after one year if not converted into awards.
DICK’S Cash also gives you a discount at certain times of the year. You will receive a voucher by email approximately ten days after the minimum order requirements have been met.
How do active military and veterans get discounts at stores that carry them?
Military members and veterans should ask about the discount at the point of sale at a participating store. You will receive the discount after verifying your eligibility and proving your military or veteran status.
