Eurovision Sport selects Ad Insertion Platform’s monetisation solutions

By working together, both companies will explore opportunities to monetize digital content.

For the video streaming of their Sport Digital Platform, Eurovision Sport, part of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), will use the SSAI solution, CDN distribution and Ad Insertion Platform ad sales.

Ad Insertion Platform (AIP) is the provider of ad insertion and monetization solutions for broadcast and OTT environments.

Through the Sport Digital Platform – where the sport’s governing body, broadcasters and social platforms work together – Eurovision Sport aims to ensure that sport is maximally accessible to new audiences worldwide to complement the coverage of EBU members.

The collaboration will result in both companies exploring monetization opportunities for digital content and opening an opportunity for marketers worldwide. AIP has partnered with major SSP networks to create a new ad sales division designed to “unleash” new video advertising opportunities while orchestrating and managing the programmatic ad sales process.
