F1 Betting Tips and Schedule – who will win the Belgian GP?

Get all the essential information ahead of this weekend’s Belgian Grand Prix, when Formula 1 returns from its summer break.

Formula 1 is back after the summer break – although it’s hardly been a few quiet weeks in the sport.

Rider movements – or the lack of (how good was the Oscar Piastr/Alpine drama?) – along with other announcements and changes have kept fans entertained as they await arrival in Belgium.

It is here and with it the new technical guideline aimed at limiting the large numbers of harbor porpoises we have seen so far this season.

Mercedes was a team that was struggling massively with this and hopefully this change should bring them closer to both Red Bull and Ferrari. Although they did just that with pre-hiatus performances.

The consistency of GEORGE RUSSELL was a big positive for her, and taking RUSSELL TO FINISH ON THE PODIUM looks like a solid game in Belgium.

Russell finished third in both France and Hungary while fourth in Austria. His home race at Silverstone was ended by a collision before he even reached the first corner.

That was the only time he has failed to finish in the top six this season and those performances have come despite the porpoise problems Mercedes suffered.

We’re waiting to see what the new change does to the grid, but there’s a belief that it will be beneficial for Mercedes.

“Spa is going to be interesting,” Russell said Sky Sports. “There are changes to some small regulations that other teams could bring to us.”

Pre-break form, new rules and Ferrari’s inconsistency (keep your strategy bingo cards ready!) provide the perfect mix for RUSSELL to secure another spot on the podium this weekend.
