Five interesting facts about the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix
- The Jeddah Street Circuit has the most corners of any track on the 2023 F1 calendar at 27.
- Similarly, in 2023 this track will achieve the second highest speeds of any track on the calendar, after Monza, also known as the “Temple of Speed”.
- In 2021, this circuit became the 75th diverse venue to be added to the F1 calendar throughout its history.
- The Jeddah street circuit was designed by Carsten Tilke and was completed just in time for its inaugural Formula 1 race, as the last tarmac for the track was laid just two weeks before the start of the race.
- Ahead of the first Saudi Arabian Grand Prix in 2021, the world’s largest Lego car – made up of over 500,000 bricks – was built to commemorate the occasion.

F1 2023 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix ticket prices, availability
As race week begins, there are still a few tickets left for fans to purchase from the official F1 website.
Although the main grandstand is already sold out for the event, tickets can be purchased in the main grandstand for the entire weekend (Friday – Sunday) from €591.75.
Standing tickets for the race track between Friday and Sunday are also still available for EUR 146.72, as are premium hospitality tickets.
However, you will have to dig deep into your pocket for this, because the prices for the hospitality at this late stage will cost you at least €4127.50.

Odds for the 2023 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix
As expected, two-time world champion Max Verstappen was the big favorite at bookmakers to win the 2023 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix after his impressive win last time out.
His closest competition here will come in the form of Red Bull team-mate Sergio Perez and then Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc, according to the bookies.

With dry conditions throughout the weekend and one of the night races on the calendar, drivers and teams don’t have to contend with the blazing sun for either qualifying or the race itself.
