FIFA 23: How to claim the Twitch Prime Gaming Pack

1. Open the Prime Gaming website.
2. Link your Prime account to your Twitch account.
3. Link the EA Account you are using FIFA 23 to the same Twitch account.
4. On the Prime Gaming page, look for the Twitch Prime crown icon in the top right of your screen. click it
5. Continue to follow the instructions to claim Prime Gaming rewards on your EA Account.

7. Open the Ultimate Team Store.
8. Click on the My Packages menu.

If you encountered problems while claiming the Prime Gaming content

Prime Gaming content will only be unlocked for the linked EA Account and the first platform you log into. You can only unlink your accounts once every 6 months, and an EA Account can only be linked to one Amazon Prime Account during its lifetime.
