What to expect from the Made by Google event

Considering that Google issued a press release about what to expect from the event, we have a pretty good idea of what products we’ll be seeing tomorrow. The biggest things are brand new Google phones, the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro, as well as the first-ever Pixel Watch. Both products were announced at Google I/O in May.

The company has also said it will be announcing additions to its Nest smart home portfolio at the show, but didn’t provide any further details beyond that. It’s as if they could be all-new smart speakers, or updates to the more affordable range of Nest Minis. Google tends to remain fairly competitive in the smart home market and Amazon only recently announced its new products in this space.

Another thing we might see at the show, although not included in the press release, is more information about the Google Pixel tablet. Though it likely won’t be out until sometime in 2023, it’s likely that Google won’t resist the chance to unveil its upcoming iPad competitor.
