How to Complete the Generous Boss Challenge
The newest BitLife Challenge, the Generous Boss Challenge is here! Known in-game as the Generous Bo$$ Challenge, you’re tasked with running a large corporation that pays its employees incredibly high wages. Your employees are happy and make you happy! This guide explains how to complete the Generous Boss Challenge in BitLife.
How to complete the generous boss challenge in BitLife
The newest BitLife Challenge, the Generous Boss Challenge has five tasks for you to complete:
- Own a business with more than 20 facilities
- Do you own a business that sells more than 5 products
- Give your employees over $250,000 in bonuses
- Pay your employees big bucks for 10+ years
- Have a salary of less than $100,000 for more than 10 years
You need the new Business Special Career Pack to complete this challenge. It costs real money to buy, which means you won’t be able to complete the challenge without spending money. You can buy it individually or purchase Boss Mode for each available pack.
If you bought the Business job pack, create a character and age up to your 18th year. Make sure you have at least a few hundred thousand dollars saved through your career, inheritance, or other means. With this money, go to the “Companies” tab under “Featured Careers” and buy the company of your choice. For the safest bet, choose a cheap one like a food truck or gift shop.
After starting your first business, take the following steps to ensure you make big profits:
- Launch your first product and try to find a cheap but quality supplier.
- Age to find your first annual report.
- Make the necessary changes to your production to keep your business running! If you go bankrupt, you have to start the process all over again.
- Switch your employees’ payroll to big bucks as soon as possible. However, do not buy systems for at least ten years, or labor costs will severely impact your long-term profits.
- Once you have enough capital to expand your business and have completed the fourth task, select and add facilities! You need 20 total to complete the challenge. Just make sure the increased spending doesn’t bankrupt you!
- If it’s not already under $100,000, change your salary to below to complete the last task. You can make it as low or as high as you like if it’s less than $100,000.

The hardest part of this challenge is making enough profit to justify paying your employees the “big bucks” for ten years. To make it easier, do this before you buy any facilities. Since adding facilities means hiring more employees, fewer employees result in fewer people to pay. However, the downside is that your maximum production is capped.
To make up for this, add more products to your business by selecting “Add New Product” and ideally picking one with high demand and low competition. You must do this for the challenge and kill two birds with one stone.
To complete the Employee Bonuses task, go to any worker, select Bonus and give him some money! Keep doing this until you’ve given out at least $250,000 in bonuses. As before, make sure you have enough capital to do this!
