How to Enable and Disable Video Previews on Shazam (iPhone)
As with every other feature of Shazam, enabling video previews is a quick and straightforward process.
How to get started:
- Open the Shazam app on your iPhone.
- Swipe up and tap settings in the top left corner of your screen.
- Scroll down to settings section and toggle video preview on.
- Video previews (if available) are now shown when playing Shazams.

On Android, the process is slightly different. What you need to do:

- Swipe left and tap settings Symbol.
- Beat video preview and check the circle next to it Enable.
- You can also choose Enabled via WiFi Option to avoid wasting your mobile data.
Even though Shazam’s Android app has a data saving option for video previews, you might still want to turn it off. All you have to do is follow the steps above and when you go to video preview tap the circle next to Deactivate.

Please note that video previews are only excerpts from a music video. Although you can play full tracks when you connect Shazam to Apple Music, Spotify, or any other music streaming app, you cannot play full videos.
