How To Get School Uniform
Splatoon 3 has many outfits to buy and order, but some are only available through specific amiibos, such as the school uniform.
Like many multiplayer games turn 3 has a fashion element. Outfits can be purchased with in-game cash by visiting various stores in Splatville such as Naut Couture, Man-o’-Wardrobe, and the Crush Station. Outside of the stores, players can also order clothing by examining other players in Splatville and purchasing the ordered clothing from Murch.
However, there are some items of clothing that cannot be ordered. These clothing items include gear that is only unlocked by leveling up or completing Story Mode. Last, There are clothes that are only given by certain amiibos. One of the most popular amiibo outfits is this school uniform.
What is the school uniform?
The school uniform outfit consists of three parts. The main outfit comes in two variants, with variant A consisting of a plaid skirt that can change color along with the ink the player has equipped. Variant B is a shorter sweater without a skirt. For the headgear of the school uniform is a squid hair clip. After all, the outfit includes school shoes.
In the past, however, the variants were limited to boys and girls turn 3 has both variants available regardless of a player’s character style.
Each piece of the outfit has a two-star rarity, meaning it usually contains two more ability slots. In terms of abilities, the Squid Hair Clip usually has the Swim Speed Up ability, the main uniform has Ink Recovery Up, and the shoes have Ink Saver.
How to get the uniform
The specific amiibo required to obtain the uniform is the Inkling girls. She’s an old amiibo that was released with the first one splatoon Game back in May 2015. Her design is an orange girl with long hair wearing a white t-shirt, pink shoes and a splattershot gun. Currently, it can be bought in stores or online at different prices.
Don’t confuse the original Inkling Girl Amiibo with the Inkling Girl Amiibo turn 2, since they give different, slightly similar outfits. (That turn 2 Inking Girl gives School Cardigan instead).
After the purchase, the player must go to the Amiibo box that stands in the central square of Splatsville. The box instructs the player to press the bottom of the amiibo onto the right analog stick. This will upload the amiibo’s data and the Inkling girl will appear and talk to the player. She will immediately give part of the outfit. The rest must be unlocked by participating in turf wars. Upload the Inkling girl to the Splatsville box every once in a while between brush fights. Slowly she will give the player the rest of the outfit pieces.
