How To Get The Sunstone Fragments
Every Disney character in it Disney Dreamlight Valley has a series of friendship quests that are unlocked as players level up with them. Each set of friendship quests tells a story related to that character. Even the Disney villains currently in the game have their own friendship quests. While most of them are fairly easy, one of Mother Gothel’s later quests is a little tricky.
Mother Gothel sends for this quest Disney Dreamlight Valley Players on a mission to find them Fragments of the Sunstone, which are located in three separate biomes. The tricky part is that they only appear at certain times of the day. This guide will help players know when and where to find the fragments.
How to find the first Sunstone Fragment
The first Sunstone Fragment can be found on the Sunlit Plateau. The Sunlit Plateau is a large biome and there are piles of bones blocking the bridges. Unlike the stumps, they cannot be removed at this point in Early Access.
Luckily, the first fragment can be found near the river on the unlocked side. The difficult thing about this first fragment is that it is only available in the morning. Disney Dreamlight Valley Players wishing to obtain this fragment will need to plan accordingly as it despawns at 11am local time. If players miss this fragment, they will have to wait and try again another day.
How to find the second sunstone fragment
Disney Dreamlight Valley Players looking for the second Sunstone Fragment can find it in the Glade of Trust, where they can also find Rice. Just like the first fragment, the second fragment will not be available until noon.
While Disney Dreamlight Valley does not provide exact times, players can safely assume that the second fragment will be available between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time.
How to find the third sunstone fragment
The third and final fragment of the Sunstone can be found in the Forest of Valor. It is right in front of Anna and Kristoff’s house. Like the previous fragments, which are available in the morning and at noon, the third fragment of the Sunstone can only be found in the evening.
Disney Dreamlight Valley Players should be able to find the final fragment anywhere between 19:00 and 23:59 local time.
What happens after the sunstone fragments are collected?
Once all the Sunstone Fragments have been collected, Disney Dreamlight Valley Players must return them to Mother Gothel.
She tells players that she will be looking for a way to restore the Sunstone, and players must level up their rank with her to get the next friendship quest.
