How To Get The Uchigatana In Elden Ring

There are many ways to look cool in it elden ring. One of them is to wield two katanas at the same time. The Uchigatana is one of the many coveted weapons for melee builds as it causes the buildup of Bloodloss, making it essential for a beginner’s Bloodloss build. It’s a katana that appeared in previous FromSoftware games like Dark Souls.
There’s an easy way to get a single Uchigatana, but how do you find another one? This is a brief guide to the power possessed by the sword and how to gain not one, but two of them. Dual wielding is the first step to intimidation when it comes to PvP. Without dual weapons, the uchigatana is still a powerful early weapon that you’ll want to get your hands on.

The Uchigatana causes a blood loss buildup of 45, and come with me Shell weapon skill. This allows you to sheathe your sword and then continue with a normal attack to create a more powerful slash. It weighs 5.5 with a Physical Attack of 115 and a Critical Rating of 100. The sword is sold for 100 Runes and can be upgraded by forging Stones and Ashes of War.
By equipping two of these swords at once, You can activate a power stance which doubles your raw damage and blood loss buildup. Some great additions to these swords are Ashes of War: Seppuku and the talisman The jubilation of the Lord of Blood.
starting class
The easiest way to get an Uchigatana is to choose the Samurai class when you start a new game, as they come with one equipped automatically next to a bow. If you want to dual-wield this sword, you’ll need to start your game as that class to get a second one. You can also trade with an online player.
Deathtouched Catacombs
The most difficult way to get an Uchigatana is to loot it from the Deathtouched Catacombs. There’s a lot of loot in these catacombs, so check out our full guide to this dungeon. This will walk through all of the loot available and how to find and kill the boss.
You’re in luck here, because the Deathtouched Catacombs are located in the starting area of Limgrave. Once you’ve defeated the troll at Stormgate, near the Gatefront Site of Grace or Agheel Lake North, you’ll need to head up the following path. East of Stormhill Shack Site of Grace You will find a path that leads to a campand then this will be over a bridge with a pumpkin head. The deathtouched catacombs are northwest of that bridge, up on the hills. At the entrance to the dungeon there will be a ghost.
If you follow the dungeon to the end, just before the lever You are in an open space with a skeleton archer overhead. You’ll also notice some loot glowing above you – that’s the Uchigatana.
To get up there, you have to Go back to the stairs and turn left. There is a tunnel inside the wall next to the stairs which takes you straight to the skeleton archers and the uchigatana.
