Wild Honey has returned. Ranchers can use the sweet resource to craft items and upgrades that aid in farming or traveling around the island. Located deep within Rainbow Island, obtaining Wild Honey requires a few key steps before players can clean it up slime breeder 2.

How to grow wild honey

Ranchers need the Resource Harvester upgrade to obtain Wild Honey. The Resource Harvester allows the Vacpack to suck up various natural resources found on Rainbow Island. The upgrade can be installed back on the conservatory in the lab. The lab has the refinery and the maker, and both are used to craft upgrades and items. The Resource Harvester blueprints are accessed from the Fabricator and list all the things required. Players need the following:

• 450 Newbucks
• 10 cotton plots

Earn the Newbucks by selling Plorts in the Plort Market next to the lab entrance. The cotton plots must be entered into the refinery in order to transfer them to the manufacturer. After gathering all the materials and putting them in place, the ranchers can install the Resource Harvester and begin their search for Wild Honey.

Where to find wild honey

Wild Honey is not in Rainbow Fields and players must first unlock the portal to Starlight Strand. The portal is only revealed after players detonate the Cotton Gordo slime. Gordo Slimes are large, immobile slimes made from normal-sized slimes that are all compressed. The Cotton Gordo is on the southwest side of Rainbow Fields, past the Refinery Link. Feed it about 30 or more veggies to make it pop; it sits in front of a cave entrance that contains the portal activation switch. The portal will appear as a bright, luminous, iridescent light. To travel to Starlight Strand, ranchers only have to enter it.

Starlight Strand is a mix of blue and red environments separated by the ocean. There are many unique things for players to discover. You can also find wild honey hanging from trees in beehives all over the island. Don’t confuse these with Buzz Wax hives, though. The main difference between the two is that Wild Honey has a yellow honey substance dripping all around it and Buzz Wax is plain brown.
