Vital Voices extends our deepest condolences to the people of Pakistan who continue to struggle with the aftermath of the devastating floods. It reportedly killed nearly 1,400 people and affected over 33 million people, including 600,000 pregnant women without maternal health care and millions of children without vaccination or nutritional care. We know that every natural disaster hits women and children hardest – and without homes, food and medicine, families are desperate to survive.

We stand ready to support the efforts of our women-led local NGOs and partners. If you’re interested in learning more about the women leading the relief efforts for local women and children, we’ve highlighted several local leaders with calls for support below.
