Classic Negroni
- 25 ml gin
- 25ml sweet vermouth
- 25ml Campari
- Ice
- Orange slice for garnish
- Pour gin, vermouth, and Campari into a mixing glass or pitcher with ice. Stir well until the outside of the jar is cold to the touch.
- Strain into a tumbler and add 1 large scoop of ice cream or some fresh ice and garnish with a slice of orange, a blood orange depending on the season.

- Put ice in your whiskey tumbler
- Pour in the sweet vermouth, Campari and Prosecco, stirring gently to blend the flavors and squeezing your orange zest over the drink to infuse it with citrus oils. Pour it over a stick or long spoon placed in the glass will stop the bubbles from traveling over the rim of the glass
