• 1x Mechanical Eye
• 1x Mechanical Worm

Usually these items are used to summon the three mechanical bosses. In an Everything Seed world, these are useless as their sole purpose is to craft Ocram’s Razor.

As mentioned above, Mechdusa’s head is made of Skeletron Prime. The head is attached to the other bosses, so try to defeat Skeletron Prime last. If you defeat this boss before the twins, they will release and move separately from the rest of the body. This will make the fight more difficult as you will have to focus on two separate parts.
