If you want to change the look of your house in Hokko Life, you must first unlock house edits.
Customize and decorate are two of the main selling points of Hokko life. Once the tutorial begins, you’ll be able to decorate the interior of your home by purchasing furniture from Moss’s shop. But what about the exterior? Decorating the outside of your home takes a little more effort.
You’ll find that you have access to exterior customization in Rosa’s shop. There are different roof and wall colors that can be added to any home. Although you can buy these parts, you can’t apply them until you meet a few requirements. Here’s how to unlock them.
Rosa’s real estate shop
Obtaining exterior adjustments for houses You must visit Rosa. She can be unlocked early in the game as she introduces itself automatically to you once you have your own house and start inviting villagers.
If you talk to Rosa, you can do this Buy and place new houses. By selecting the roof and wall options on the right you can purchase exterior design customizations. The exterior designs in Rosa’s shop change every day. If you don’t like what she has, you have to wait a whole day for something new.

Once it’s unlocked, all you have to do is do one thing Interact with the white sign in front of every house. This opens a menufrom which you can demolish, move or attach a new roof and wall.
