How to Watch Bucks-76ers 2022-23 NBA Opening Night Game On Thursday
After their opening night loss to the Boston Celtics, the Philadelphia 76ers will go home for their home game when 2021 Finals MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks come to town.
The Bucks failed to defend their championship a season ago, losing to the Celtics in the Eastern Conference Semifinals. They will start this year the same way they ended last season when Khris Middleton sat on the touchline with a wrist injury.
In Middleton’s absence, not only will Antetokounmpo look to step up his game, but the Bucks will rely heavily on their wing depth with the likes of Wesley Matthews, Grayson Allen and Jordan Nwora. Pat Connaughton will also miss this game, making Milwaukee’s bench a bit unpredictable.
As for the 76ers, James Harden is coming off a 35-point night against Boston and Joel Embiid is looking to continue his hot start to the season after a 26-point, 15-rebound performance. It will be interesting to see what adjustments the Sixers make, struggling on offense late in their first game to go into an important game against a team they could very well play against in the postseason this year.
The 2022-23 NBA season has begun and here’s how to watch Thursday’s game with game times and TV, lineups, bios and other important details.
