Steph Curry is still one of the best NBA players. He has put in numerous fantastic performances in the 2022-23 season despite the Golden State Warriors struggling to win games.

While Curry’s shooting skills make him extremely difficult to guard, this season he hasn’t been able to stay healthy and contribute to his team every night. However, that is no longer the case as he will be active against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

The Warriors host the Timberwolves on Sunday night in what will be one of the most important games of the season. Luckily Steph Curry is healthy and will play tonight.


Steph Curry will face the Minnesota Timberwolves

Curry missed 26 games in the 2022/23 season. He has been struggling with several injury problems but his last missed game was on March 3rd. Since then, curry has been available and incredible too.

Since returning to action, the Golden State Warriors guard has averaged 30.1 points on 51.1% shooting. He was also very efficient from long range, capping 43.1% of his shots. The four-time NBA champion even had a 50-point game at that stretch.

Curry is listed as active and plays against the Minnesota Timberwolves. This will be his 12th game in a row and he will look to help the Warriors extend their winning streak to four games.

The nine-time All-Star has appeared in two games against Minnesota this season. In the first matchup in late November, Curry had 25 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists, leading the Dubs to a 25-point win.

The 6-foot-2 guard also had another point-rebound double-double in his second matchup. He finished the game with 29 points and 10 boards, but the Timberwolves were victorious.

The matchup on Sunday evening is very important for both teams. The Golden State Warriors (39-36) are sixth in the Western Conference, just 1.5 games ahead of the Minnesota Timberwolves (37-37).

This game has a major impact on the playoffs and could determine which team will enter the play-in tournament. The Dubs have a huge advantage as they play at home where they have won 30 games out of 37 this season.
