Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri stressed that his players need a cool head when trying to get through a difficult game during the team’s difficult weeks.

“Benfica have an important European history as a club, they are used to playing this type of game, they are made up of good players and have a coach who gave them a lot of aggression,” said Allegri.

“[On Wednesday], the game is not crucial, but important. In order to win we have to be compact and stay focused.

“If you don’t score, you don’t have to concede, the team can’t get excited or scared, you can’t overdo it in games, you just have to stay calm.”
