Kourtney Kardashian teases glimpse of her bleached locks to fans in latest Instagram photo
Kourtney Kardashian teased her fans on Friday by uploading a photo to her Instagram Stories that gave a preview of her newly bleached tresses.
The 43-year-old TV personality is no stranger to dying her locks and sported short blonde hair when she was just 16.
Most notably, her younger sister, Kim Kardashian, was certified platinum 10 months earlier when she attended the 2022 Met Gala while wearing an iconic Marilyn Monroe gown that the “Some Like It Hot” actress wore when she met John F. Kennedy sang “Happy Birthday” in 1962.
The star, who is supporting her husband Travis Barker as he recovers from successful finger surgery, chose not to add a caption or a full reveal of the latest colourway.
The photo appeared to have been taken during the lengthy dying process, with most of the ends already bleached.

The Instagram photo comes shortly after an earlier look at her hair transformation was seen.
Earlier Friday, Travis uploaded a post on his own social media page to thank his fans for their love and well wishes following his surgery, and also showed his wife praying with her hair fully dyed in a since-deleted video. reported Us Weekly.
According to the entertainment agency, her short, platinum locks were slicked back into a tight bun.
During an interview with People in 2017, the Poosh founder opened up about dying her hair and whether she prefers lighter locks.
“I was the original sister with the blonde hair,” Kourtney gushed humorously at the time. “I was blonde for only a month in high school. I think I was in 11th grade or something.”
She also explained, “I had lighter hair when I was pregnant with Penelope, which is probably my least favorite hair I’ve had.”
The media personality simply added, “I’m just a brown haired girl. It just suits me. I like my dark hair.” However, it seems the star was ready for a shocking transformation, although she hasn’t fully shown off the new hairstyle yet.

Kim dyed her hair platinum blonde for the 2022 MET Gala, which took place in May last year and wrapped in less than two days.
During an episode of The Kardashians that aired late last year in November, the mother-of-four discussed the steps taken to achieve the hairstyle.
“This hair coloring process is so tedious and annoying. We don’t have a shampoo bowl, so we have to rinse it out a million times. It is what it is,” the reality star explained during a sectarian portion of the episode, per Us Weekly.
After revealing the whole process took almost two days, she added: “It has to be the right color [and] my hair can’t fall out.’
“We have to get it right because we have a day to color it, so we’re going to spend the next 15 hours just coloring it.”
Earlier Thursday, Kourtney took to Instagram after sharing a stylish Instagram carousel in which she donned a vibrant lime green ensemble to promote her vitamin supplement brand, Lemme, which she launched in September 2022.
However, she soon clapped back at a social media user who jumped into the comments section to write, “Is she pregnant?”.
The businesswoman explained, “The aftermath of IVF (I only acknowledge this comment because I think it’s important to know how IVF affects women’s bodies and it’s not talked about much)…”
The star then asked, “Do we still ask women if they’re pregnant too?” followed by a yellow heart emoji.
