Roger Bullivant and Keller UK get new Managing Directors and WSP appoints a new Deputy Director of Engineering Rock Mechanics in recent moves of staff from across the geotechnical sector.

Roger Bullivant named David Clemens as the new managing director. Celement, who will take up the appointment starting March 25 this year, will succeed former CEO Cliff Wren after he recently announced his retirement.
