PSG have won their first two league games of the new season in Ligue 1 but despite the strong start all is not well in the French capital.
Reports of a falling out between superstars Kylian Mbappe and Neymar have been circulating since the former was seen sulking throughout the second half of last weekend’s 5-2 win over Montpellier.
With that in mind, PSG now set out to face a tricky Lille side with many tuning in to see if the internal problems resurface. Will PSG dominate Lille like their first two opponents? Will Neymar and Mbappe both start the game? There is much to look forward to as new manager Christophe Galtier charts his first battle of adversity in charge of the French giants.
Lille, meanwhile, returned home after a disappointing 1-1 draw with Nantes that required substitute Ismaily to equalize in the 76th minute. Canada international Jonathan David, fresh off his opening day brace against Auxerre, helped equalize and is in great form as the World Cup draws nearer.

While Lille are likely to find the back of the net at least once, especially given Jonathan David’s strong form, they will find it difficult to stop PSG from flooding the net again.
Sure, there are challenges in the dressing room for the Parisians, but these hardly seem to deter the Ligue 1 giants in league play. Neymar and Kylian Mbappe are both in spectacular form and even if Lionel Messi is still behind in terms of production there is more than enough firepower to see this PSG side deliver another attack early in the season.
