The Buffalo Bills and every other team in the NFL begin free agency Monday, March 13 at 12:00 p.m. EST.

At this point, the NFL’s legal manipulation window opens and teams can begin talking to players and agents about potential contracts. Of course, nothing can become official until Wednesday, March 15 at 4:00 p.m. EST, when the league year officially begins.

Based on Buffalo’s spot on the cap, the team is not expected to make Splash signings this offseason. While there won’t be any Von Miller-type signings, Buffalo should be able to fill some of their free agency needs.

Syracuse.com and NYUP.com will keep you up to date with the latest news, reports, rumours, signings and deals related to the Bills.
