The two-day event will welcome more than 2,000 athletes from more than 40 countries. Athletes, including Canadian Olympic champions and Paralympians, will compete in a two-day competition that will include multiple race categories such as the 2,000-meter and 500-meter dashes.

“Congratulations to the local and international athletes competing in the 2023 World Rowing Indoor Championships. We have invested heavily in our recreational programs and sports facilities to ensure residents have the opportunity to stay active and healthy, and that athletes also feel welcome when visiting our city.”
