sport fans nfts: Sport Fans launches NFTs ahead of FIFA 2022 World Cup
The first installment of NFTs was released ahead of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. A total of 32,000 unique NFTs have been announced based on a limited number of 1000 NFTs for each team that qualified for the tournament.
The main attraction of the project is that every Sportfans NFT holder will receive a guaranteed airdrop of 1500 WFN tokens. The project has been made publicly available for whitelisting.
“All of our NFTs are specially coined for some of the major tournaments in various sports and one cannot miss the most popular sporting event in the world – the FIFA World Cup,” said Mouttou Viramouttou, co-founder and chairman of Brugu Software Solutions.
There is no other sport that brings out the raw passion of fans as much as football and now fans are being treated for their support, Viramouttou added.
Other attractive giveaways include 1,000 PlayStations, 1,000 beIN SPORTS devices and $1,00,000 in prize money for five lucky winners.
Each time a team advances to the next tier of the tournament, each team’s NFT holders will receive almost double the number of WFN tokens. Sport Fans also plans to introduce fan NFTs for the upcoming FIFA World Cups.
The 22nd edition of the FIFA World Cup will be played this year from 20 November to 18 December in eight venues in five cities in Qatar, with 32 nations taking part, including host country and holders France.
