Tate & Lyle to Showcase Latest Stevia Sweetener, Dietary Fiber at IFT FIRST

CHICAGO- Tate & Lylea company specializing in ingredient solutions for healthier foods and beverages will showcase its latest upcoming stevia sweetener at the upcoming show, and launch fiber EUOLIGO FOS in the US IFT FIRST conference at Chicago, Oct. 16-19 July, hosted by the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT).

Tate & Lyle’s presence at IFT FIRST will be marked by several initiatives. Key highlights include:

NEW INGREDIENT LAUNCHES AND SPOTLIGHTS. Tate and Lyle report that an internationally patent-protected breakthrough in stevia technology is coming to market soon.

EUOLIGO FOS, a soluble fiber recognized as a prebiotic in the US and other countries, makes its US debut. EUOLIGO FOS adds functionality and processing benefits to Tate & Lyle’s soluble fiber portfolio, supporting fiber fortification or sugar reduction in a range of food and beverage applications, the company reports.

The company will also feature ARTESA chickpea protein and flour. This addition to Tate & Lyle’s botanicals portfolio was launched last year.

NEW CORPORATE BRANDING. Tate & Lyle will unveil its new corporate branding, making its debut at a major trade show in North America. This rebranding effort reflects the company’s continued transformation into a purpose-driven, growth-oriented specialty food and beverage company with a renewed focus on innovation, health and sustainability.

PROTOTYPES SHOWING THE FORMULATION. Tate & Lyle will showcase four prototypes designed to demonstrate the company’s formulation expertise. These prototypes serve as examples of ingredient solutions across categories including Beverage, Dairy & Non-Dairy, Baked & Snacks, Meal & Condiments, Confectionery & Nutrition.

VIRTUAL KITCHEN WEBSITE. The company will relaunch its original Virtual Kitchen website, a one-stop shop for formulators looking for the latest trends, insights and ingredient solutions. The updated website is easier to navigate, the company reports, and connects readers to real-world food and beverage formulation solutions and the experts who make them possible.

SUSTAINABILITY PROGRAM. A new report will be presented at the conference, highlighting Tate & Lyle’s commitment to protecting the planet and people through innovative ingredients. The expanded Sustainable Stevia program, which aims to promote sustainable sourcing and production practices, will also be featured, demonstrating Tate & Lyle’s commitment to environmental responsibility and achieving carbon neutrality by 2050.
