Napoli extended their lead at the top of Serie A as Victor Osimhen scored twice in a 4-0 win in Turin.

Osimhen, the league’s top scorer with 21 goals from 23 games, opened the scoring after nine minutes.

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia doubled the visitors’ lead with a penalty before Osimhen scored his second.

Tanguy Ndombele rounded off the goal as Napoli secured their 10th win in 11 games in all competitions.

Napoli are now just 15 points from winning their first Scudetto since 1990 Inter Milan were beaten 1-0 juventus at the San Siro.

Filip Kostic scored the only goal in the 23rd minute but a VAR check for handball meant a long delay before it was given.

After the final whistle, the mood was high as the scuffle resulted in red cards for Inter’s Danilo D’Ambrosio and Juventus substitute Leandro Paredes.

Inter’s defeat means Lazio are in second place after beating rivals Roma 1-0 in a fiery Derby della Capitale.

Roma defender Roger Ibanez was sent off after 32 minutes after receiving two bookings and Lazio made the extra player worth it when Mattia Zaccagni’s clever finish put them ahead midway through the second half.

Roma had the ball in the net three minutes later but Chris Smalling was caught offside under construction and a Nicolo Casale own goal was ruled out.

Players from both sides clashed during the game and the clashes continued after the final whistle, resulting in red cards for Lazio’s Adam Marusic and Roma’s Bryan Cristante.

Jose Mourinho’s side missed a chance to advance to the Champions League and remain fifth, a point behind AC Milan.
