Jake said, “The podcast is for anyone and everyone.

“It’s about taking insights and lessons from some of the most famous people in the world and figuring out how to apply those lessons to our own lives.

“The show isn’t just a live podcast on stage, it’s a proper theatrical show.

“We will have experts on stage and me and Damian will be on stage sharing the lessons we have learned from all the guests who have joined us.

“It’s going to be a really fun night that will leave people feeling encouraged and inspired to make the most of their lives.”

Jake hosts Champions League and Premier League football on BBC Sport.

Outside of football he has also presented BBC coverage of the Commonwealth Games and the Summer Olympics.

Jake added, “When I was in sports, I was always interested in the human quest, the human sacrifice behind victory.

“When you spend a lot of time with top athletes, you realize that all athletes have a lot in common.

“I think it’s really brave when you’re in an elite environment like elite sport and you’re open about mental health issues.

“At the end of the day, so many people think that happiness in life comes from doing things, achieving things, but actually happiness in life comes from accepting that not everything is perfect and that things aren’t always the way we want them to be run.

“It’s about the process of everyday life and the journey.
