Formula 1 returns to Montreal this weekend for the 2023 Canadian Grand Prix as Red Bull driver Max Verstappen looks to claim four straight victories in his hunt for his third Drivers’ World Championship title of the season.
The Dutchman won by a wide margin in the last race in Barcelona, beating the Mercedes duo of Lewis Hamilton and George Russell at the front, while the British pair completed the podiums.
Verstappen’s team-mate Sergio Perez remains his closest championship rival but after failing to make it to the final qualifying session in Spain he will need to improve massively next weekend if he is to anger his fellow Red Bulls and take the checkered flag.
