Champions of the Europa League Eintracht Frankfurt is not there to defend their title as they played in the group stage of the 2022/23 Champions League and even advanced to the knockout stages of that tournament. So we won’t have a repeat champion this year.

Manchester United, Feyenoord, Bayer Leverkusen, Shakhtar DonetskAnd juventus are the teams in the field who have previously won the competition, while all other remaining teams have never won a Europa League trophy or its predecessor (UEFA Cup). Roma And Sporty CP each reached the final but missed the ultimate prize.
