Where, when, and how, to vote in Vernon Oct. 15 | iNFOnews

Municipal elections are taking place across the province this Saturday, October 15, including here in Vernon.
Vernon residents have the opportunity to vote for one of three candidates running for mayor and 13 candidates vying for six council seats.
While voters have one choice for mayor, they get six votes for council. It is worth remembering that if there are fewer than six candidates a person wishes to be elected, it is best to only vote for those candidates, otherwise voting for all six will dilute votes for their preferred candidates.
