Pokémon Trading Card Game Online is a digital version of the trading card game the fans know and love. If you don’t have anyone close by to play with, you can set up an account, build your deck and play online. Players who collect cards from the offline version will also receive digital versions of their decks and booster packs through code cards included in each pack.
However, if you haven’t played the physical version of the game and have never been able to attend events, you may not know how to redeem a code TCG online. After logging in, click on the shopping cart icon in the top bar of the main screen to go to the shop.
Then look for the button with a gift box icon that says Redeem Codes. This will take you to another screen where you can manually enter the written code or scan a QR code with your device camera.
Once you have submitted your code, a list will appear on the table on the right side of the screen showing all rewards earned with it. Verify that the items are correct and click Claim Now to complete the process.

The process is essentially the same for TCG Live and TCG online, with only a few minor changes to icons and names. For iOS users, the same rules apply: you need to follow the steps to redeem your codes from the official Pokemon site instead. See the end of this guide for more information.
From the game’s main screen, open the shop, this time showing the word “Shop” instead of the shopping cart icon. In the shop there is a button that says “Redeem”. Clicking this should take you to the Redeem section.
Once you have clicked on the “Redeem” section, either enter or scan the code you received and click the “Submit” button.
How to redeem a code card from the Pokemon website
For both TCG online and TCG Liveyou also have the option to redeem your codes at the official one Pokemon Website. Please note that this is also the only option for iOS users.
If you are a… TCG Live player, you should first open this link. if you a TCGO Players, start with this one. Then the first thing you should do is log into your account for the relevant game. If you’re playing both games, you’ll need to complete the steps for each one individually.
Once you’ve logged in, you should be taken straight to the Redeem section of the site. All you then have to do is enter the code and click Submit to submit it. That should take you to the following section, which lists all of the items that come with the codes you entered so you can verify that the information is correct. Once you’ve done that, you can click “Claim Now” to complete the process.
