Preview: Sporting Lisbon vs. Estoril Praia – prediction, team news, lineups

Sports Mole preview Monday’s Primeira Liga clash between Sporting Lisbon and Estoril Praia, including predictions, team news and possible line-ups.

After booking their place in the Europa League round of 16, Sporty Lisbon are back in action in the Primeira Liga when they compete Estoril Beach On Monday.

The Canarinhos travel to Estadio Jose Alvalade, where they have lost each of their last five league games since a 1-0 win in May 2014, and are looking to end that poor record.

Sporting Lisbon put on a top quality performance in Thursday’s Europa League play-off second leg against FC Midtjylland as they defeated the Danish side 4-0 at the MCH Arena.

Estoril Praia, meanwhile, suffered a 3-1 defeat by bottom-placed Pacos de Ferreira at the Estadio Antonio Coimbra da Mota last Saturday.

Sporting Lisbon will be without Manuel Ugardewho will serve a one-game ban for breaking the yellow card hurdle with his caution against Chaves last Monday.
