Steelrising Guide – How to Level Up Fast

Steelrising offers many different power-ups for the main character Aegis. They can be accessed via Vestal Virgins, statues found at various locations in each level, and horseless carriages, which are also valid for fast travel. In order to unlock one or more power-ups, you must obtain enough Anima Essences and improve your attributes. Leveling up quickly in Steelrising doesn’t mean you just have to kill every enemy you find throughout the game. There are several ways to get enough Anima Essences and boost your stats quickly. How to level up Aegis

Activating a Vestal Virgin allows you to enhance your attributes with Anima Essence. You can also upgrade your equipment with materials obtained from the playthrough. In addition, you can get new gear, including outfits and weapons, by spending Anima Essence.

You can improve six attributes in the game: Strength, Durability, Agility, Power, Elemental Alchemy, and Engineering. Each affects your stats, improving your overall health, stamina, physical damage you deal to your enemies, resistance to flame, frost, and more.

Every time you improve your attributes, you level up in Steelrising. Your stats will improve and Aegis will get stronger, but remember that each power-up will cost you more Anima Essences than the previous one. At higher levels, you need thousands of them to level up.

Tips for leveling up fast in Steelrising

Kill every enemy

Like any other Soulslike game, you get in-game currency by successfully killing enemies. Steelrising is no exception; Each execution rewards you with a lot of Anima Essences. Stronger enemies and titans give you more essence, but are difficult to defeat. Take your time to find the weapons you are comfortable with and then you will no doubt have an easier time with each of them. You can also use your grenades to attack the enemies. You will find many automatons on your way to kill, and if you sit down at a Vestal Virgin, those you defeated will come back to life, which means more Anima Essences for you. You will find many good places to farm on each level of the game, so take your time and kill as many enemies as possible to level up quickly.

Discover everything in detail

Steelrising features some hidden areas that are inaccessible from the beginning of the game. You need special tools to break open certain walls and doors, and to reach some roofs and other higher areas like balconies and patios. These items are initially unavailable and will be unlocked as the main story progresses. The alchemist’s ram allows you to destroy fragile walls, while the bishop’s hook gives you access to high ground. After getting these tools, you can return to the starting levels and explore any previously inaccessible areas. Most of the time you will find other enemies and good loot. Equip the Greed Module

You can equip different modules in Steelrising to improve certain stats and abilities that Aegis can use during gameplay. One of these is called the Avarice Module, which slightly increases the amount of Anima Essence you receive from each defeated enemy. In other words, you get bonus anima essences after every kill. This allows you to level up faster in Steelrising.

Improve your engineering stats

Improving your Engineering stats in the Attributes menu will also affect the loot multiplier. This ties directly to the Anima Essences you receive after each successful kill.
