Someone who has worked with KSI in the past will step into a boxing ring for the first time on August 27th. British hip-hop artist Smarmz will fight KSI at London’s O2 Arena.

Swarmz will replace Alex Wassabi who suffered a concussion prior to his fight against KSI. The event is part of the MF & DAZN: X Series, which brings together the biggest global names in entertainment, sports and lifestyle.

Who is Smartz?

Brandon Scott, known as Swarmz, is a British rapper. The 25-year-old is a former semi-professional soccer player who has played for the National League South and the Isthmian League. In 2018 he quit football to pursue a music career.

He has collaborated with KSI in the music world many times and has been featured in KSIs houdini Single in 2020. KSI eventually chose him as his boxing opponent after reviewing a list of names not available at the time.
